Featured solution

Fruit deep processing

Peru is one of the world’s leading exporters of fresh blueberries, avocados and other fruit. Deep processing turns fruit that misses export grade, and seasonal surpluses, into products with more value and a longer shelf life.

All fruit lines

Complete lines, from reception to packaging

Washing, sorting, pulping, heat treatment, concentration, drying and filling — combined into one line for puree, juice, NFC, concentrate, powder, oil or snacks. Modular lines process several fruits with the same equipment, so your plant can work year-round.

Solution

Waste treatment & resource recovery

Peru generates tens of thousands of tonnes of waste a day, more than half of it organic, and formal recovery is still low. That creates demand for sorting, composting, recycling and waste-to-energy equipment.

All waste lines

Lines sized by waste type and tonnes per day

From mixed municipal waste to organics, plastics, tyres, glass, construction waste and agricultural residues: we configure sorting, shredding, composting, washing, crushing and drying equipment around the waste you need to treat and the tonnes you handle each day.

FAQ

Questions we hear often

Can one line process several fruits?

Yes. Lines are modular: washing, pulping, heat treatment and filling equipment can be shared between fruits, with specific machines added where a fruit needs them — for example, peeling and pitting for avocado. That lets you follow the harvest calendar and keep the plant working year-round.

What capacities do you offer?

Fruit lines can be configured at 1 t/h, 3 t/h or 5 t/h, depending on your raw material and production plan. Technical parameters are typical reference values and are confirmed in the quotation.

What are the delivery and payment terms?

Delivery is typically 30–60 days after order confirmation. We quote FOB China or CIF your port, with payment by T/T or L/C. The exact terms for your order are set out in the quotation.

Do you install the equipment and train our team?

Yes. Installation and commissioning are done with remote support or an engineer on site. We train your operators and maintenance staff in Spanish, and control panels can be set up in Spanish, English or Chinese.

What warranty and spare parts are included?

Equipment has a 12-month warranty from commissioning, and an initial spare-parts kit is included with each line. After that, we source spare parts and coordinate technical support with the manufacturer for you.

Do you only supply fruit-processing equipment?

No. Fruit deep processing is our featured solution, but we also supply food and beverage, packaging and filling, and post-harvest and cold-chain equipment, and source other light-industry machinery on request. See all equipment.
